Corrections and changes

Please contact us about:

• a market or farm shop that has closed;
• a changed market day, opening time or location;
• incorrect contact, postcode or map information;
• online ordering or delivery information that has changed;
• a product, price or availability claim that is no longer supported.

Include the FreshToday page URL, the name of the listing, what should change and a link to the organiser's or merchant's official information. This helps us review the correction accurately.

Listing requests

Market organisers and independent farm shops can request consideration for the directory. Send the trading name, full location, regular opening or market schedule, official website and a short description. For online ordering, include the shop page that shows the service or products.

Submitting a request does not guarantee inclusion. We review evidence conservatively and may ask for clarification.

Privacy requests

For a question or request concerning personal information in correspondence, use the subject “FreshToday privacy”. Include enough detail for us to identify the relevant message, but do not email unnecessary sensitive information.
