Directory information changes
Market listings, shop details, product information, prices, stock, delivery areas, opening times and event schedules can change without notice. Automated research may help identify information, but it is reviewed conservatively and is not guaranteed to be complete, accurate or current.
Verify before you act. Check the organiser's or merchant's official source before travelling or ordering. Confirm current times, location, prices, availability, delivery terms, allergens and product suitability directly with them.
Where a detail is unknown, FreshToday may omit it or label it as unconfirmed. Absence of a warning does not mean that a product is in stock, available for delivery or suitable for you.
FreshToday is not a seller
FreshToday currently provides no user accounts, checkout or payment service. We do not sell the products shown, operate listed markets or enter into your transaction with an external merchant.
The external merchant is responsible for orders, payment handling, delivery, product descriptions, safety information, cancellations, returns and refunds. Any contract for goods or services is between you and that merchant, under its own terms.

Links to markets, councils, shops, merchants, maps and sister sites are provided for convenience and source checking. FreshToday does not control external websites and is not responsible for their content, availability, security or privacy practices. A link or listing is not an endorsement.
Acceptable use
You may use FreshToday for personal discovery and reasonable reference. You must not interfere with the site's operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, misrepresent FreshToday content or use automated access in a way that places an unreasonable load on the service.
No warranties
FreshToday is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranty that the site will always be available or that directory information will be complete, accurate, current or suitable for a particular purpose.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Subject to that, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, FreshToday and its builder are not responsible for losses arising from reliance on changing directory information, an external site's acts or omissions, a cancelled or relocated market, an unavailable product, or an external merchant's order, delivery or refund process. You remain responsible for making appropriate checks before travel, purchase or consumption.
UK basis and changes
FreshToday is built and operated in the UK. These terms are intended to be interpreted under the applicable laws of the United Kingdom, while preserving any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
We may update these terms as the directory changes. The current version will be published on this page.
