FreshToday is a UK market, farm-shop and product discovery directory. There are currently no user accounts, checkout or payment facilities on FreshToday.
FreshToday does not intentionally build or sell personal user profiles. We use limited information to operate the directory, understand broad site usage and answer messages you choose to send.
Website analytics
FreshToday uses Vercel Analytics. It provides aggregated information about visits and page use so we can understand which parts of the directory are useful and identify technical problems. Vercel may process limited technical information needed to provide that service, such as request and device information.
FreshToday does not use this analytics information to identify you by name. For details of Vercel's own processing and safeguards, please consult Vercel's published privacy information.
Postcodes, towns and browser location
You may enter a postcode or town, or choose the “Near me” feature, to filter markets by distance. If you grant browser location permission, your browser supplies coordinates for that search.
- Location is used in the browser to calculate and filter nearby results.
- Your browser controls whether location permission is granted and lets you withdraw it.
- You can use the site without granting precise location access by entering a town or postcode instead.
Do not enter information beyond what is needed to carry out a location search.
Messages you send
If you email us, we receive the contact details and content you choose to include. We use them to answer your enquiry, review a correction or listing request, handle a privacy request, and maintain an appropriate record of the conversation.
External websites
FreshToday links to market organisers, councils, farm shops, online merchants, maps and sister sites. Those sites set their own privacy practices. Once you follow an external link, review that site's privacy information before providing personal information or placing an order.
Retention and control
We keep correspondence only for as long as reasonably needed to deal with the request, maintain the directory, resolve disputes or meet legal obligations. Aggregated analytics retention is governed by our analytics configuration and Vercel's service.
You can refuse or withdraw browser location permission in your browser settings. You may also ask us about personal information contained in correspondence, or request an appropriate correction or deletion, by contacting us. We may need enough information to identify the relevant message and may retain information where the law requires or permits it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this notice when the site or the services it uses change. The current version will remain available at this address.
